As bouldering projects keep getting bigger, route techniques have become necessary and yours truly can only take so much chuff before wanting to skip the country and post up on an island to climb limestone tufas.
This crag is monsterous, multi-pitch and so overhung that climbing in the rain isn't a problem, but pockets eventually seep later in the fall. The holds are all natural and the lines are said to have been bolted ground up.
Meanwhile the rest of the Roof Town crew is stuck in Flagstaff, and Hinterland projects are being taken down. The monsoons have continued to give some relief from the hot and humid conditions and provide good windows of opportunity to send.
